Walk & Talk Counselling

There is no one-size fits all in counselling. Some clients prefer the face to face more intimate option, while others feel much more comfortable moving during sessions. If you’re fairly new to counselling, it can be a helpful option to start with. People who sit at a desk for large part of the day would find walk and talk a refreshing way to connect.  It can be a really beneficial in connecting the mind with the body.

Walking alongside can help with the nerves that many people experience when discussing personal or difficult details about their lives.
