Individual Counselling
I provide a warm, supportive space for clients to open up comfortably about any issues they have been experiencing. Examples include; self-esteem/confidence issues, stress, overwhelm, career concerns, relationship problems, anxiety and life transitions.
Clients can explore all areas of their lives that are causing concern in an environment free of judgement from family or friends. Individual counselling provides an opportunity to explore and understand these concerns more clearly as well as any repressed emotions that may surface.
My role is to really listen and gain a deep understanding of my client’s perspective. I aim to support them in gaining insight through a different lens.
