About Me
Hi there! I’m Holly Wilson - Welcome to Valued Mentoring and Counselling. I originally obtained a Bachelor of Nursing degree out of high school so my desire to help/care for people was present from an early age.
I’m a highly sensitive, caring person who feels deeply and loves nothing more than supporting people in need. I’ve also spent over a decade in early childhood teaching (after obtaining my Diploma in Montessori teaching) and supporting primary school children as a Teacher’s Aide.
I have two children (18 and 16) so am up close and personal to the challenges that young people face in today’s modern world.
I hold a Diploma of Counselling (AIPC), am registered with the Australian Counselling Association and have been part of a volunteer Mentoring program for young people for a few years. I’ve also completed two Study majors - Working with Children & Adolescents and Relationship Counselling & Conflict Resolution.
I’m deeply passionate and committed to supporting people on their journey and making a difference in as many people’s lives as possible.
