Individual Counselling

 Is a supportive, confidential conversation focused entirely on you. It's an opportunity to be heard, understood, and supported as you navigate personal challenges, strengthen self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change aligned with your goals.

Mentoring

Sometimes a more casual approach is appropriate.  I offer a Mentoring Service that can help with many different concerns/life transitions. Issues such as confidence, work, study, family and well-being can be worked through in a less-formal setting. The agenda is set by the mentee.  A non-clinical approach talking things through with an experienced and grounded mentor walking beside you.

Telehealth Counselling

Get the help you need, wherever you feel most at ease. It's an easy, supportive method of focusing on your well-being.  Online counselling delivers the same support and understanding as in-person sessions, while giving you the freedom to choose a setting that works for you.

Walk & Talk Counselling

is an alternative therapeutic approach that combines counselling with gentle movement in an outdoor setting. Being in nature and moving the body can help reduce tension, ease anxiety and make conversation feel more natural. It can allow thoughts and feelings to flow more freely. It may be particularly suitable for individuals who find sitting face-to-face challenging or feel more comfortable in open, natural environments.
